After the Prague Castle, Old Town Square is historically the most important site in Prague and at the same time, also the most beautiful. Its origins are in the 12th century and since then it has played witness to many events, both glorious and tragic. Old Town Square is surrounded by buildings of different architectural styles that provide a harmonic impression. You will find at Old Town Square Old Town Hall, the Church of Our Lady Before Tyn, the Stone Bell House, Renaissance and Baroque houses, St. Nicholas Church and the Rococo Kinsky Palace.
