Vysehrad

Vysehrad, situated on a rock overlooking the Vltava, is one of the most significant places in Czech history. There exist many old tales about Vysehrad, one of them that the Czech Princess Libuse prophesied the glory of Prague from here. The present Vysehrad has many interesting monuments and a number of paths for peaceful walks.
